Benedictine Brewery is one of only three breweries in the United States owned and operated by monks. They use locally sourced hops and water and brewing facilities located on the historic Mount Angel Abbey grounds. The monks of the brewery are dedicated to crafting beer for a higher purpose.

Silver Falls Brewery was established in 2015 in Silverton, Oregon. Ratchet Brewery is also located in Silverton, Oregon. They offer both traditional and nontraditional beers along with a sizeable American style menu and even some sweet treats. This brewery is known to have live music and stand-up comedy!

Mount Angel Abbey is home to a Benedictine monastic community founded in 1882 from the Abbey of Engelberg, in Switzerland. Situated on a hilltop overlooking Oregon's Willamette Valley, the monks of Mount Angel weave together a place of prayer, hospitality, education, and reflection deeply rooted in the Rule of St. Benedict.

Silver Falls Brewery is a small production brewery nestled in the beautiful town of Silverton, Oregon that specializes in traditional ales and lagers. It was founded by Eric Druliner and Andrew Fox in 2015. The brewery itself is currently located at a private production facility, but you can visit the Ale House, located in downtown Silverton. There are 24 taps with rotating guest beers, kombucha and cider. Food is provided by a resident food truck, Loco Ono BBQ and Catering.
